Individual Counseling Services for Women
Karla offers virtual individual counseling to women (ages 13 and up) in both North Carolina and Virginia using a HIPPA secure platform. Karla is in-network with a number of health insurance providers and also offers self-pay services.
Karla is In-Network with the following health insurance providers:

- Sentara Health Plans (In process of getting contract)
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- MedCost - NC
- Cigna
If you have another insurance company which is not in-network, a Superbill can be provided for you to submit for possible reimbursement from your Health Insurance. Reimbursement varies with each insurance provider and cannot be guaranteed. Please check with your specific insurance plan.

Specialized Counseling Available for Disordered Eating
Highly experienced eating disorder treatment is available for clients who struggle with anorexia, bulimia, compulsive/binge eating, or just an unhealthy relationship with food and weight. Treatment plans are highly specialized as Karla can utilize her training as a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist and a Licensed Counselor with over 25 years of experience working with eating disorders. She will develop a treatment plan that is highly individualized based on your circumstances and will be developed in collaboration with you. Your plan may include regular weight checks, nutrition education, coaching, and counseling to help you move forward to freedom.
